By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are a medical student, neurology resident, or recent neurology graduate seeking educational content for examination preparation purposes.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. PLATFORM CONTENT AND LICENSES

5.1 Educational Purpose Only: All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, notes, diagrams, and other educational materials (collectively, the "Content"), is intended solely for educational purposes.

5.2 License to Use: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

5.3 Restrictions: You may not: - Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Content - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Content - Transfer the Content or your rights to use the Content to another person - Use the Content for any commercial purpose

5.4 Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Content, including all intellectual property rights, remain with us or our licensors.

6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

6.1 Not Medical Advice: THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON THE PLATFORM IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

8. FEES AND PAYMENT

8.1 Free Access: Currently, access to the Platform is provided free of charge. However, we reserve the right to implement paid memberships or subscription services in the future.

8.2 Future Paid Services: If and when paid services are introduced: - We will provide clear notice of any fees associated with the Platform - You will have the opportunity to review and accept terms related to paid services before being charged - Payment terms, refund policies, and subscription management details will be provided at that time

9. TERMINATION

9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

9.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9.3 All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

10.1 THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10.3 We make no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

10.4 We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any Content.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

11.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
